You and your team awaken in a brutalist underground lab, contractually bound to medical trials you definitely read the fine print for. Work together, impress the researchers and you might leave rich. Fail and you might just become part of the next experiment. 

Welcome to Exogen Labs. Our test chambers are filled with puzzles, hazards, and semi-successful mutant ‘Things’. No trial is ever the same, layouts will shift, enemies will mutate and puzzles are ever-evolving.

Complete all the objectives and escape before the elevator timer expires, or you might expire with it!

Body parts are your weapons and tools. Rip them off, throw them away, and pick up something fresher from the floor. Improvise your arsenal from whatever is still twitching nearby.




The trials are designed to test communication and coordination. Survival requires teamwork. You’ll share weapons, tactics, and occasionally body parts. Sometimes lending a hand might cost you an arm (and a leg).

Survive, adapt, and earn ‘gold’ - after all, why else would you sign the waiver?
Spend it on upgrades; weapons, buffs, limbs, maybe a tail…
