Couple Last Conductors

The world has changed and there are only few scattered human settlements left without anything that keeps them connected, except your train!
Travel from station to station with your partner conductor, interact with the locals of each station, transport passengers and mail in an attempt to try to reconnect
the few cities that are left.
Of course, since it is an apocalypse, there are things in the dark that will come after your train and it's up to its conductors to defend it.
