Plague Doctor is a Gritty, Dark and Gory replication of the Medieval Black Plague. You play as a somewhat anti-villain, a plague doctor. Immerse yourself like never before in an open world Medieval Kingdom - Riddled with the plague, See first hand like never before. You are a newly founded plague doctor handed with the task of curing and reducing the infected population, travel from town to town doing whatever it takes, become a pillar of the community and a staple doctor giving cures to the people, or destroy honour and dignity by becoming the root of all evil.
Immerse yourself in an open world Medieval Kingdom - Riddled with the plague, See first hand like never before. You are a deranged plague doctor handed with the task of curing and reducing the infected population, travel from town to town doing whatever it takes, become a pillar of the community and a staple doctor giving cures to the people, or destroy honour and dignity by becoming the root of all evil - Do what you feel needs to happen, the kingdoms fate is in your hands…. or is it. As the game progress the plague will get ultimately worse and spread to the highest places, this is a make or break as you must do everything in your power to stop it completely depopulating the kingdom. Use your knowledge of medicine and remedies, or go down a more violent and gory route, its down to you.
Explore the deepest depths of the medieval period, explore multiple towns and villages, castles and forests. Find secret dungeons and easter eggs, all town interiors will be enterable in a fully interactive world. With a giant world to discover and explore, you have endless possibilities. You can find clues, solve mysteries or explore a vast environment. With secret society's to be found, regions to be explored, lives to save (or kill) PLAGUE DOCTOR will bring endless opportunities solo or with friends. But be warned, being in close proximity with so many people infected with the plague will come at a price.
Multiplayer and Co-Op will be available shortly after release. Multiplayer will have a small variety of game modes.

- Hunted - A 5 v 1 or 6 v 2 game mode where Players are hunted by the plague doctor and must escape or kill the doctor to win.
- Prop Hunt - 10 Players across multiple maps hide from the Plague doctor, with multiple props to choose from and multiple locations the goal is to stay alive the longest.
- Deathmatch - 1 v 1 & 3 v 3 deathmatch across multiple maps, last team standing wins
